Job Description
Work Setup: Hybrid
• University graduate with considerable proven industrial experience and track record.
• With at least 5-8 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment of BPO or agent-level hiring.
• Experience in handling hiring for banking, finance, wealth, and asset management profiles is required.
• Preferably has experience in working in a multinational organization with a global operating model.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly resourceful, resilient, engaging, and eager to provide value to stakeholders.
• Open to work in a mid-shift schedule, on a hybrid work setup based in McKinley, Taguig.
