Performance Assurance Provider

We are seeking a Performance Assurance Provider to lead performance evaluations, ensure accountability, and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, audit experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Accountability (LMA)
Lead, manage, and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Customer Experience & Process Optimization (RCX)
Promote a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Oversee the "We Hear You" campaign, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency.
Identify process improvements to enhance performance and reduce errors.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and standards.

Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Performance Evaluation
Assess the operational performance of Strategic Business Units (ETS and PMO) using the balanced scorecard.
Conduct monthly site visits, evaluate performance, and refine scorecards as needed.

Performance Reporting & Analysis
Prepare, analyze, and present performance reports to key stakeholders.
Generate data-driven insights to improve operational effectiveness.
Submit timely performance reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Audit Close-Out Confirmation
Assist Internal Audit in verifying evidence for audit close-outs.
Track and monitor audit findings to ensure timely resolution and compliance.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Additional distinctions or certifications are preferred.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an auditor, data analyst, Field/QC Engineer, or in a relevant role.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 8:30Am - 6:30PM & Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Offer: 30k - 35k
