Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Payroll Certification (such as Certified Payroll Professional - CPP) is a plus.
Training in labor laws and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) is highly advantageous.
Experience:
1–3 years of payroll experience (entry-level positions may accept fresh graduates with accounting or admin backgrounds).
Hands-on experience with payroll processing systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or local payroll software).
Familiarity with timekeeping systems and attendance monitoring.
