Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Dynamic role with HR and Payroll responsibilities
• Organize excursions, team-building activities, corporate events and relevant training/seminars
• Enhance company culture
• Liaise and address employee-related concerns
• Execute Payroll functions, file and document SSS, BIR, and PAG-IBIG requirements
• Strong familiarity with computers is a MUST to be able to use Payroll Software and enter data into SAP Business One, Excel and Google Sheets
• Verify the accuracy of hours worked, overtime, etc.
• Compile data and prepare reports

Qualifications:
• Male or Female
• With at least 5 years work experience in a Payroll function (Compute and validate payroll, Generate pay slips, Processing of loans and contributions, etc)
• Must be organized and hardworking
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Fully Vaccinated and in good physical health
• Computer literate
Required Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• SAP Business One Experience is a plus

Salary Offer: 25,000 negotiable
Location: Paco, Manila
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9AM - 5PM
