Accounting Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Review and reconcile financial data, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
Ensure proper implementation and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures.
Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and provide necessary information and documentation.
Assist in the development and improvement of accounting systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and industry trends affecting the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any accounting and business related course.
Proven experience in Accounting/Taxation at least 5 years.
