Accounting Supervisor (CPA is a must)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in tax and audit. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to oversee the accounting function while ensuring compliance with regulations and financial best practices.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and auditing standards.
Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, reports, and other compliance documents.
Assist in the preparation of financial audits, internal audits, and external audits.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training.
Ensure adherence to accounting principles, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, tax, and audit functions.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
