Job Description
2. With a deep understanding of technology, ability to assess candidates’ technical skills and capable to communicate effectively with both hiring managers and potential candidates.
3. Bridge between the company and the talent pool to ensure that the organization is equipped with the right people to meet its technological manpower needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Graduate of Bachelors Degree in business related or IT course
* With at least 2 years solid experience in IT Recruitment
* Handled and processed NICHE IT roles like Fullstack developer, Java Developer, Software Engr. Business Mgr, Service Delivery mgr etc. with the following skills: java, c#, mongo db, react js and the like.
* With experience working in vendor recruitment agencies like Collabera, Yondu, or IT recruitment - IBM, Accenture etc.
* NO TO JOB HOPPER (with less than 1 year of employment)
* Available ASAP
* Willing to work 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH from 8:30-6:00pm
* With good work attitude
