Job Description
-5 years as Sales Manager gained from a Manufacturing Industry
-Master or Doctorate Degree an Advantage
-Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products (Meal Box, Paper Cups, sandwich wrapper, etc.)
-Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
-Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
-Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
-Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
-Skills: Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
-Solid judgement along with decision making skills
-Knowledgeable with team building techniques
-Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
-Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
-Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
-Preferably below 50 years old
-Willing to work at Ugong Valenzuela City, Monday - Friday
