Accountant/Accounting Staff

POSITION:ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTINGSTAFF
JOBDESCRIPTION
 Recording of all financial transactions using accounting system Quickbooks and also by
means of manual entries in the books of accounts.
 Preparation of BIR requirements such as VAT returns, witholding tax returns, corporate
income tax returns and other BIR forms and requirements.
 Prepares/Reviews payroll for the assigned companies
 Preparation of government agencies(SSS, PHIC &Pagibig) reports and payments.
 Preparation of financial statements(Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Income,
Statement of Changes in Equity and Statement of Cash Flows)of the assigned companies.
JOBREQUIREMENTS:
 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Auditing or equivalent.
 Accountancy graduate, CPA is an advantage.
 Minimum of at least 3 Year(s)of working experience in the related field is required for this
position(accounting/auditing).
 Preferably one to four(1-4)years experienced employee specialized in Finance -
General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
 ProficientinQuickbookssystemandMSOfficeapplicationsuchasMSWordandExcel.
 Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation.
 Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City
 Can start immediately(ASAP)
 Preferably Female

SALARY:
 Php30,000-Php35,000–with three(3)to five(5)work experience in related field.
 Php40,000andabove–with five(5)and above work experience in related field.
