Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Greeting customers, providing excellent service, and making customers feel welcome.
●Taking accurate orders for food and drinks, and relaying them to the kitchen.
●Serving food and drinks to customers, and ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner
●Processing customer payments, and handling situations where a payment isn't approved.
●Keeping the dining area clean and organized, and setting and clearing tables
●Practicing safety and sanitation principles, and ensuring the proper conditions of all equipment and facilities.

QUALIFICATION
● Service oriented and customer focused.
● Sharp, analytical and self-motivated.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Able to work independently as well as in a team with minimal supervision.
● High school diploma
● At least one year experience.

Performs food service work involving preparing, portioning, distributing, and serving food and beverages, cleaning equipment and work areas; maintaining inventories; and receiving and issuing supplies.
