Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated LED Wall Operations & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves operating and maintaining LED wall systems, ensuring that they deliver high-quality visuals for events, presentations, and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in video playback, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LED wall technology, as well as a passion for ensuring flawless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operation:

Operate video playback systems, switchers, and other equipment to display content on the LED wall.
Create visually impactful videos that maximize the effectiveness of the Hub.
Ensure optimal image quality, color calibration, and synchronization of loops and presentations.
Monitor and adjust display settings in real-time to ensure high-quality visuals during events or presentations.
Troubleshoot operational issues during events and presentations to ensure smooth operations.
Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on LED walls to ensure optimal performance.
Clean and maintain LED modules, cables, components, and the surrounding area.
Identify faulty modules or components, replace them as necessary, and request replacements from the vendor.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of LED components.
Collaborate with external technicians or vendors for more complex repairs or upgrades.
Other Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation, setup, and dismantling of LED walls as needed.
Stay informed about the latest trends and technological advancements in LED wall systems.
Ensure a safe and organized work environment at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Experience in operating and maintaining video playback systems, LED walls, and related technology.
Strong understanding of color calibration, image quality, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and handle technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Familiarity with working in high-demand event or production environments is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
