Computer Graphics Inc., founded in 1989, is seeking self-motivated Sales Assistant(s) with a strong focus on lead generation to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and nurturing potential clients, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and strengthening customer relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and acquire potential leads (at least 5 to 15 leads per day) through research, events, social media, etc. while ensuring they align with our target audience.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion strategies. Acts as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
· Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner; Promote special packages and exclusive offers.
· Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for Sales Executive with key decision-makers.
· Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate customer records of calls, leads, appointment schedules and orders on the company’s ERP system.
· Administrative Support: Prepare and manage sales documents, contracts, invoices, and quotations.
· Follow up: on leads and payables (if any), whilst nurturing potential clients to ensure ongoing engagement.
· Reporting: Compile and analyze sales and lead generation data to provide insights for management. Prepare and submit sales-related reports and updates on performance metrics.
· Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and coordinate solutions with relevant departments.
· Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
