Job Description

Join as a TEAM LEADER based in Antipolo City Rizal. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of hair and beauty professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the BARBERSHOP, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to develop their skills and foster a positive work environment
Monitor team performance and productivity, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure a seamless customer experience
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in the BARBERSHOP industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively
Proficient in using salon management software and other relevant tools
A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality services
