Derma Operations Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, client handling, and service delivery.
2. Monitor and enforce standard operating procedures for dermatology and aesthetic treatments.
3. Ensure the clinic is well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
4. Coordinate with dermatologists, aestheticians, and other staff to optimize efficiency and quality of service.
5. Oversee client consultations, treatment plans, and aftercare follow-ups.
6. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and promote clinic services.
7. Conduct sales training for staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive loyalty and referrals.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, social media campaigns, and events.
10. Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
11. Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing concerns and resolving complaints promptly.
12. Educate clients about treatments, skincare routines, and available products.
13. Implement client retention programs, including loyalty rewards, exclusive offers, and personalized follow-ups.
14. Lead, mentor, and train the operations team to improve productivity and service quality.
15. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an aesthetic clinic, dermatology, or wellness industry.
3. Strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
5. Knowledge of dermatological treatments, skincare products, and aesthetic procedures.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software, scheduling systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
