Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Directly responsible for scheduling of daily deliveries. Supervise day to day activities of Traffic Section.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare schedule of deliveries based on Sales Order (SO) submitted by the Sales Department.
2. Responsible in the assignment of delivery truck, Delivery Driver and Helper.
3. Prepare Trip Ticket and meal allowance of Delivery Driver and Helper.
4. Review overtime permit submitted by Delivery Personnel and endorse to MCD Manager for signature.
5. Summarize Daily Time Keeping of Extra workers to be submitted to HR & Admin. for salary processing and payment.
6. Prepare daily summary of outbound or out outgoing delivery schedule of each truck specifying customers and destination.
7. Responsible for Petty Cash and replenishment.
8. Submit weekly summary of expenses.
9. Recommends approval on Application for Leave of Absence for the Delivery Personnel.
10. Contact outside truckers for huge volume of outgoing deliveries.
11. Prepare meal allowance for Delivery Driver and Helpers.
12. Schedule registration of vehicle based on expiry date.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate
- With at least 3 years direct experience in scheduling of deliveries of consumer goods.
SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:
• On site (Head Office)
• Original schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
