Job Description
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field
• Construction skills such as, plumbing, roofing and welding.
• Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Checks and respond to security and safety issues.
• Test and recommend new maintenance product.
• Coordinate deliveries from vendors and suppliers.
• Keep documents of inspections and problems.
• Conduct landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control.
• Keep inventory of cleaning and repair supplies.
- Salary:
- ₱20,000.00 Monthly
