Your Role:

As an LVN Quality Assurance Coordinator will support the QA department with the review and completion of 485s, completing tasks related to chart audits, and other QAPI initiatives.

Qualification:

Must have LVN license
Minimum one year experience with home health and/or hospice or professional equivalent LVN with knowledge of documentation requirements.
Experience with chart review, OASIS review, coding preferred, or 485
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Capacity to quickly learn software solutions.
Manages a flexible work schedule per company attendance and reporting policies.
Demonstrates proficiency in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment, and is priority-focused.


Responsibilities:

Review OASIS documents and Plan of Care (485) for completion and accuracy.
Complete patient chart audits and assist with other Quality Assurance activities.
Work with clinical staff as needed to improve the accuracy and quality of documentation.
Works with the Director of Quality Management to ensure compliance with all regulations and accreditation requirements.
Maintains and adheres to PEGASUS HOME HEALTH CARE procedures and patient care policy manuals.
Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
Maintains current information and requirements related to applicable laws, regulations and standards.
Attends and participates in in-services, staff meetings and case conferences
Performs other duties and activities as delegated by Director of Quality Assurance/Clinical Manager.
Salary:
₱65,000.00 Monthly
