Inventory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
✔️Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts and full physical inventory).
✔️Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
✔️Update inventory management systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
✔️Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
✔️Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
✔️Verify that outgoing shipments match customer orders and invoices.
✔️Ensure proper documentation for all inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
✔️Ensure proper storage and organization of goods for easy accessibility and safety.
✔️Perform routine inspections of storage areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
✔️Provide regular inventory status updates to management.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
•At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
•Experience in a distribution company is preferred.
•Proficiency in inventory management software (ECOUNT) is a plus.
•Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•Preferably residing in or within Bicutan, Parañaque City.
