Job Description
• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting activities.
• Analyze and ensure accuracy of Financial Statement such as Income Statement and Balance Sheet
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing accurate financial reports, and contributing to strategic financial planning.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial efficiency strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Preferably with CPA License, but open to accept Non-CPA professionals (depends on the years of experience)
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably with Supervisory or any leadership experience as an Accounting professional.
• With knowledge in any accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
