Job Description
Location: Pasay
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary Range: 60K - 80K
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Relevant work experience in the same capacity
Overall Function:
The Accounting Department Head oversees daily operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial performance and corporate income tax computations for reports and audits.
Oversee daily accounting activities, including transaction postings, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
Implement and monitor internal controls for operational integrity.
Recommend and document system/process improvements.
Evaluate and provide feedback on staff performance.
Address financial inquiries from clients, departments, and subsidiaries.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
