Job Description
Team: Small Collections Team (Expanding)
Location: Onsite, Sibulan, Negros Oriental (Flexible shifts between 9 PM - 6 AM)
WITH RELOCATION PACKAGE INCLUDES 2-3 MONTHS OF PAID ACCOMMODATION!!!
Required Experience & Skills:
Background in collections (loans, credit cards, etc.)
Leadership experience in setting clear expectations and developing teams
Ability to analyze data and create strategies based on performance metrics
Familiarity with delinquency accounts and collections systems is a plus
Other Details:
Shift: Flexible, 9 PM - 6 AM
Benefits: Under approval, will be shared once finalized
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and coach the growing collections team
Develop agents and supervisors with limited collections experience
Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and create action plans
Manage overdue accounts and negotiate with clients
