Job Description
Plan, design, and execute performance tests to evaluate the responsiveness, stability, and scalability of software applications and systems.
Test Script Development:
Create and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
Test Data Management:
Develop and manage test data sets that represent realistic usage patterns and load profiles.
Load Generation:
Configure and manage test environments to simulate real-world user loads, including peak usage scenarios.
Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during tests, identifying performance bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed performance test reports, including findings, recommendations, and performance metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to address performance issues and optimize system performance.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance testing and actively contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
4+ years hands-on experience with Performance Testing
Tools: JMeter (Must-have) and LoadRunner
