Job Description

Work Arrangement: Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
The Branch Recruitment and Services Specialist provides marketing, sales, technical, and administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of sales and marketing programs at the branch level.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in branch sales and recruitment activities.
Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Handle administrative and cashiering functions related to sales and client servicing.
Manage and update client records, sales reports, and marketing databases.
Utilize social media and telemarketing strategies for recruitment and sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
1 to 2 years of experience in Life Insurance, Marketing, Customer Service, or Cashiering.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, and telemarketing.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willing to be assigned in Cabanatuan City.
