Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Representative (TSR) with BPO experience to provide exceptional customer support for technical products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 2-4 years of experience in a TSR role within a BPO setting.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience using CRM, ticketing systems, and remote troubleshooting tools.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
Willing to work onsite and on day shift schedules.
