Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Technical Support

Location: Sto. Domingo, Angeles City (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift (7 AM - 4 PM) | Fixed Weekends Off
Start Date: ASAP (Urgent Hiring)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving for water/plumbing services. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support by handling technical inquiries, diagnosing issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound technical support calls, chats, and emails.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to water and plumbing services.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex cases as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and troubleshooting processes.
Accurately document customer interactions, technical solutions, and system issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently.
Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including resolution time and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a Technical Support Representative (TSR) in a BPO or call center environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in water/plumbing services. (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Experience using ticketing systems, CRM tools, and remote troubleshooting software.
Ability to handle complex situations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Strong team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Must be willing to work onsite in Sto. Domingo, Angeles City.
Can start immediately.
