Job Description
Involved with day-to-day clerical duties such as data entry, answering phone calls, keeping inventory records, and sorting and filing documents. This work is often fast paced so working well under pressure and deadline is required.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
- Facilitate documents that needs to be delivered.
- Release, receive and check incoming items.
- Encode, file, print and scan restocked papers, request forms, inventory reports and acknowledgment receipts.
- Answer queries regarding supplies and deliveries promptly.
- Consolidate, encode, monitor and update international and local purchase orders.
- Verify, confirm, and follow-up the arrival of items.
- Make inventory of materials across facilities.
- Package and label items correctly.
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
- Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.
- Observe company policies and personal hygiene.
Competencies and Skills:
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good in verbal and written communication skills
- Well versed in office productivity applications (word and excel)
- With sense of urgency and has initiative
- Hardworking and trustworthy
- Responsible and reliable
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, BSBA, Financial Management courses, with (is a plus) or without experience (fresh graduates)
- Amenable to work in Quezon City
- Willing to undergo medical clearance
- Can start ASAP
