Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Growth: Identify, evaluate, and seize opportunities for expanding our business, focusing on e-commerce and live-commerce platforms.
Build Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, distributors, and content creators.
Revenue Growth: Lead efforts to meet revenue goals by creating strategic partnerships, exploring market-entry strategies, and designing innovative business models.
Market Research: Conduct research to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure partnership success.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with both new and existing partners.
Monitor Performance: Set KPIs, track progress, and report regularly to senior management on business performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in brand management, preferably within the media or communications industry
• Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy development, brand identity creation, and integrated marketing campaign execution
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable brand insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex brand concepts effectively
• Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to collaborate with creative teams
• Proficiency in using brand management tools, content creation software, and data analytics platforms.
