Job Description
- Develop and implement training programs focused on personal development, communication, leadership, and career advancement.
- Conduct assessments to identify team development needs and create targeted training plans.
- Deliver impactful training sessions using a variety of formats (in-person, virtual, workshops, self-paced learning).
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, participant engagement, and skill growth.
- Partner with managers and team leads to align training objectives with individual and organizational growth goals.
- Track and report on program success, employee progress, and career milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with career development frameworks, leadership training, and soft skills programs.
