Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Accounting Manager located in Shaw Boulevard. The Assistant Accounting Manager will be responsible for financial statements preparation, journal entries, fixed assets management, financial analysis, and supporting the overall finance function of the company. The Assistant Accounting Manager will assist Finance Head in reviewing transaction posted in Peachtree accounting software bank reconciliation, accounting schedule and other related report. Qualifications Experience with Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting) Strong Analytical Skills Knowledge of Finance and Fixed Assets management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in Food Industry CPA certification is a plus Experience in Accounting Software Oracle/NetSuite

The HR Officer will support the Human Resources department in various HR functions, including, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about HR, and looking to contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, confidential, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
HR Administration:

Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, updating databases, and handling HR-related inquiries.
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in monitoring employee satisfaction and wellbeing and help address employee concerns or questions.
Performance Management Support:
Assist with the performance review process, including tracking deadlines and gathering feedback.
Help with managing employee feedback and performance improvement plans.
Compliance & Reporting:

Assist in ensuring HR activities comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Support in preparing HR reports for management review.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong interest in Human Resources and a passion for working with people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
