Responsible for the success of the sales department, lead teams, develop sales strategies and manage sales operation.

Responsibilities:
* Sales strategy: Create and execute sales plans, set sales goals, and manage the sales pipeline
* Sales team: Hire and train salespeople, motivate the team, and assign sales territories
* Sales operations: Manage accounts, respond to clients, and manage calendars
* Sales performance: Track sales performance, run sales reports, and present to management
* Sales budget: Manage the sales budget and create sales budgets
* Sales process: Create new methods for reaching customers and keep up with industry trends
