Job Description
The Plant Manager will provide operational oversight for all production processes in the plant. We seek a multifaceted professional to ensure areas of responsibility meet standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.
Key Accountabilities
Lead all aspects of the overall operational management of the plant.
Lead, direct and control capital and operating budgets of the plant.
Supervise strategic and tactical deliverables to ensure customer and product/quality standards are met within specifications.
Collaborate with specialists to ensure the most effective risk mitigation plans and regulatory compliance strategies are in place.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering courses.
Preferably with experience in a corrugated manufacturing setup or at least 10 years of Managerial experience.
Candidate must be knowledgeable in delivery management, quality management, inventory management, equipment maintenance, as well as people development.
The candidate should have experience and be proficient in Operational efficiency and control(raw materials, man-hours, etc).
The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and interpersonal skills.
