About the role

Become a Hemodialysis Technician at the United Shalom Hospital located in Tacloban City, Leyte. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in providing essential dialysis services to our patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the treatment process.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and maintaining dialysis equipment, ensuring proper functioning and sterility
Monitoring patients' vital signs and overall health during dialysis sessions
Administering dialysis treatments according to physicians' orders and hospital protocols
Documenting all procedures and patient care activities accurately and promptly
Collaborating with the healthcare team to address any issues or concerns that arise during dialysis
Providing a compassionate and supportive environment for patients undergoing dialysis
What we're looking for

Completion of a recognised hemodialysis technician training program or certification
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience as a hemodialysis technician, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility
Strong technical skills in the setup, operation, and maintenance of dialysis equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
