Job Description

Client Profile:
A Technological BPO company that was established here in the Philippines since 2007. This company offers both voice and non-voice services to cater the needs of the customers. Their market is now worldwide including US and Asian countries.

Position: Senior Business Development Manager
Industry: Digital marketing Consultancy
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 100,000 – Php 160,000
Schedule: flexible, Monday-Friday
Work Set up: Work On-site

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or any related courses
• With at least 10- 12 years of experience in Account management, Business Development management
• With experience in Handling payroll sales
• With working experience HR Processes and Policies
• Amenable to attend Online interview.
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop the statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain.
• Mapping HR/Payroll demand vs supply in the business districts of the country
• To market and sell HR Payroll Services
• Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to Management.
• Maintain business relationships with existing clients.
