Job Description
Position: Loan Analyst
Company Industry: BPO Company
Office Address: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work On Site (During the training and hybrid set up after the training)
Job Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree
*Can accept candidates with at least 5 years of experience in General Accounting
*Loan or Credit work experience supporting US based clients.
*Amenable to be train on site.
*Experience working in a BPO Company.
Job Descriptions:
*Oversee and manage a group of Senior Associates and Loan Operations Associates.
*Educate new team members on software systems, processes, and procedures.
*Conduct performance reviews, give constructive criticism, and keep an eye on the team's performance.
*Work together with other teams or departments to improve cross-functional efficiency and procedures.
*Assure adherence to security and data integrity guidelines.
*Create regular reports on productivity, quality standards, and team performance measures.
