Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Operations Supervisor to oversee daily order flow, inventory management, picking and packing, returns, and overall operational efficiency.
JOB LOCATION: On-site in Caloocan
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and monitor team KPIs (Inbound/Outbound metrics, team performance)
- Oversee receiving, organizing, and storing inbound merchandise
- Supervise picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time
- Inspect customer returns and exchanges before restocking inventory
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and order issues
- Monitor OMS and WMS for irregularities and coordinate with vendors for resolution
- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects assigned by leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 6 months experience working with OMS and WMS (Ginee, Unicommerce, Anchanto, or similar platforms)
- At least 6 months experience managing a team and on-site supervision
- Strong understanding of Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada e-commerce platforms
- Proficient in G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP, and basic Excel functions
