Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee outbound warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping.
2. Supervise and lead outbound warehouse staff, ensuring efficient task completion.
3. Ensure timely dispatch of orders according to customer requirements.
4. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
5. Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
6. Enforce safety protocols and warehouse compliance.
7. Implement process improvements for efficiency.
8. Prepare reports on outbound operations and team performance.
Requirement:
1.More than 5 years of industry experience, More than 3 years of e-commerce warehouse management experience
2.Use of MS Word, EXCEL (function), PPT and other office software
3.Strong leadership and team management skills.
4.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5.Problem-solving skills for order and inventory issues.
6.Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
7.Attention to detail and high accuracy in order fulfillment.
8.Strong communication skills.
9.Physical stamina for warehouse duties and flexibility for shifts and overtime
10.Ability to communicate in English or Mandarin (optional).
