Job Description
Federal Land – Makati
Federal Land, a leading real estate developer, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our finance team in Makati. The ideal candidate will provide financial and administrative support, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments and maintaining precise financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing: Process received invoices, ensuring they are accurately applied to the correct projects and departments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Payment Management: Ensure timely and accurate completion of payments to vendors, maintaining positive relationships and adhering to company protocols.
Interest Calculation: Calculate interest components for each account and generate corresponding entries for invoicing and billing purposes.
Financial Documentation: Prepare working papers and schedules to evaluate and confirm the accuracy of data presented in SAP.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is advantageous.
Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (experience with SAP is a plus), strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
Attributes: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
