Job Description
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or any related field.
• Proven experience in Human Resources and Administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including timekeeping, recruitment, training, benefits administration, employee and labor relations, and office management.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Skilled in business correspondence and professional communication.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
