Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Work closely with company committees to assess organizational needs and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
-Effectively communicate HR initiatives and achievements both internally and externally.
-Develop and implement a strong recruitment strategy to attract top candidates while optimizing the hiring process for efficiency.
-Design and manage employee development programs that promote professional growth and retention.
-Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to prepare them for leadership roles.
-Implement and enhance the company’s performance management system.
-Regularly review and update compensation and benefits structures, including salary scales, incentives, and benefits, to align with business needs and employee expectations.
-Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws and provide guidance to managers and employees on policy implementation.
-Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including data management, record-keeping, and reporting.
Qualification:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
-At least 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
-With 5 years of leadership experience in HR.
-Strong understanding of HR principles, including employment laws, talent management, and total rewards programs.
-Experience in handling HR for multiple brands, conglomerates, or the food industry is a plus.
-Amenable to work onsite in Sta. Mesa, Manila
