Job Description

Scent and Beaute Inc. is looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of a retail store branches, ensuring adherence to company standards by managing inventory levels, staff schedules, visual merchandising, sales performance, and overall operational efficiency, while working closely with store management to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction; key duties include stock management, staff training, performance monitoring, resolving customer issues, and reporting on key operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage stock rotations, identify and address stock discrepancies, coordinate deliveries and restocking to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Manpower Hiring , Scheduling, Timekeeping and Training: Hiring of store personnel, create employee schedules to optimize labor costs, conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, customer service standards, and company policies.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures, analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost sales.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed according to company standards, maintain store aesthetics, and implement promotional displays to enhance customer experience.

Customer Service: Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Operational Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, staff productivity, and other key metrics to management.

Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with store personnel staff and customers
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Primarily based in the head office in Rockwell Makati, with frequent coordination with the store personnel.
Salary:
