Job Description

Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This individual will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and company culture.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.

Interviewing and Assessment:

- Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Develop and administer assessments, such as skills tests and behavioral interviews, to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Guide hiring managers through the interview process and provide feedback on candidate performance.
