Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail fashion or apparel industry.
• Proven track record in managing multiple stores or large-format retail spaces.
• Strong sense of design and aesthetics, with an ability to translate brand identity into visual elements.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and visual merchandising tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and train staff.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines.
