Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Digital Marketing Officer (DMO) is to develop, implement, and manage manage online marketing strategies that promote a company's products, services, or brand. The role involves increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads or brand. The role involves increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads or customers through various digital channels.

Specific Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development: Creating and executing a comprehensive digital
marketing plan aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
2. Content Creation and Management: Overseeing or creating engaging content for social
media platforms.
3. Social Media Management: Managing social media platforms to engage with the
audience, monitor trends, and grow followers.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring the performance of campaigns using tools like
Google Analytics.

5. Paid Advertising: Managing online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
to drive traffic and conversions.
6. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as Operations, to ensure
contents are aligned.
7. Brand Management: Ensuring consistency of the brand’s voice across all digital
platforms.
8. Staying Updated on Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in digital
marketing.

Qualifications:

1.Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Special courses in digital marketing can be a plus.

2.Experience:
1-2 years' experience in digital marketing or related role, such as marketing coordinator, digital strategist, or content manager.

3.Technical Skills:
Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking performance

Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In) and their advertising tools.

Paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager

4.Creativity and Design Skills
Ability to create engaging content (text, images videos) to produce content
Basic knowledge of graphic design software ex. Canva

· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating content.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and turn insights into strategies.
Project Management: Good organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and
