About The Studio Bridge:

The Studio Bridge is a creative agency specializing in animation, post-production, and packaging design. We are seeking an experienced Packaging Project Manager / Artworker to take on a dual role, combining project management expertise with hands-on packaging artwork creation. This key position is integral to ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality packaging projects.

Job Overview:

The Packaging Project Manager / Artworker role is split equally between project management and artwork responsibilities. You will oversee and coordinate packaging projects while creating and refining packaging artwork using Adobe Illustrator. Your leadership and creative expertise will play a pivotal role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management (50%):
• Manage the full lifecycle of packaging projects, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring all deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including designers and production staff, as well as external vendors, to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
Packaging Artwork Creation (50%):
• Create, refine, and finalize packaging artwork using Adobe Illustrator, adhering to client specifications and brand guidelines.
• Ensure artwork accuracy, including dimensions, bleed, and print-readiness.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure artwork meets technical and aesthetic requirements.
• Stay up to date on packaging design trends, materials, and production techniques to enhance artwork quality.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as both a Project Manager and Packaging Artworker, ideally in the creative or packaging industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with a portfolio showcasing packaging artwork.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of packaging design requirements, including print and production specifications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary and benefits package.
• A pivotal role in a growing creative agency with opportunities for career advancement.
• A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
• Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options.
