Job Description

•Location: BGC Taguig - With Shuttle Service (Metro Manila only)
•Setup: Hybrid - at least 12 days onsite in a month
•Schedule: Shifting but mostly Night Shift - usually starts at 8pm (Tuesday to Saturday)
•Start date: March 17, 2025
•Headcount requirements: 18 Service Desk - TSR

Qualifications:

•At least 6 months relevant experience.
•TSR with Service Desk or Telco or Network Background.
•Experience in BPO preferably US, UK, AU/NZ Canada Service Locations.
•Background that touches computer system, printers, network and device connectivity.
•Open for Undergrads, Vocational, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
•Excellent communication skills
