Job Description

Salary is up to 25,000php all in + 10,000php retention bonus + Complete Benefits and Night Differential

Location: BGC Taguig - With Shuttle Service (Metro Manila only)

Setup: Hybrid - at least 12 days onsite in a month

Schedule: Shifting but mostly Night Shift - usually starts at 8pm (Tuesday to Saturday)

Start date: March 17, 2025

Headcount requirements: 18 Service Desk - TSR

Qualifications:

At least 6 months - 1 year experience as TSR.
Must have BPO experience (Preferably background in US, UK, AU/NZ Canada Service Locations)
Background that touches computer system, printers, network and device connectivity.
Open for Undergrads, Vocational, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
Excellent communication skills
