Job Description

URGENT HIRING – IT SERVICE DESK/TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Service Desk Experience is a must

Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid)
Schedule: Shifting
Start Date: March 17, 2025

Qualifications:

Open to Undergraduates, Vocational, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree holders
At least 6 months relevant experience
TSR with Service Desk, Telco, or Network background, preferably with experience in BPO (US, UK, AU/NZ, Canada Service Locations)
Background that touches computer system, printers, network and device connectivity.
Open for Undergrads, Vocational, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
Excellent communication skills
