Job Description
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or technical projects"
- Demonstrated success in process improvement, testing enhancement, or infrastructure uplift initiatives
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, testing practices, and technical infrastructure principles
- Experience with patch management, UAT environments, or AWS is highly desirable
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to infrastructure and performance testing concepts, especially within AWS environments
- Familiarity with regression testing, test automation, and environment management tools and processes
- Solid understanding of resilience principles and their integration into IT operations
- Exposure to SRE topics such as SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets"
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
