Job Description
Minimum qualifications include 1-2 years of work experience, a Bachelor's degree, background in Relationship and Account Management, acquiring experience is advantageous, exposure to banking/finance industry is necessary, customer service experience, an existing or potential network, and willingness to do fieldwork.
Responsibilities include addressing merchants' needs, supporting company promotions, conducting merchant evaluations, visiting assigned merchants regularly, preparing analysis reports, recommending disaffiliation of certain merchants, and ensuring billing targets are met.
This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of up to Php30,000 per month. Benefits include health insurance, opportunities for promotion, paid training, and a schedule with an 8-hour shift. Additional pay includes a 13th-month salary, bonus pay, performance bonus, and quarterly bonus. A Bachelor's degree is required.
