Job Description
Preferably with motorcycle
Willing to work 4 days onsite and 1 day wfh from 8:30-6:00pm
Specific Experience
1. 4 years of experience in product specialization for computer devices, CCTV systems, and network hardware
Specific Technical Skills / License
Expertise in computer devices, CCTV systems, and network hardware; training or technical certification is a plus
Duties and responsibilities:
Training Development & Delivery:
a. Design and develop comprehensive training courses for field engineers, focusing on computer devices, CCTV systems, and network hardware.
b. Maintain up-to-date records of training materials, course feedback, and performance evaluations.
c. Continuously assess the skill levels of current engineers and tailor training programs to meet their needs.
d. Deliver technical training programs to engineers, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the training.
e. Regularly review and update training content to reflect new technologies and industry standards.
Technical Support & Assistance:
a. Provide technical support and guidance to field engineers as needed, including troubleshooting and product-related assistance.
b. Ensure newly hired engineers undergo necessary onboarding training for all relevant devices and systems.
Ongoing Skill Enhancement:
a. Conduct regular research on emerging technologies related to computer devices, CCTV systems, and network hardware, and recommend relevant training updates.
b. Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of training programs to upper management.
Other Responsibilities:
a. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Service Delivery Manager or other relevant parties.
b. Conduct monthly operations reviews for the FSS team, providing updates and suggestions for continuous improvement.
